Open .fz boardview files online
Open .fz boardview files in the browser, nothing to install. Components, pins and nets on both sides, plus an AI assistant that reads this board for repair diagnostics.

FZ is a compressed or encrypted boardview (FusionView / PC6 lineage: zlib-packed or RC6-encrypted). Some FZ files are actually ZIP archives in the Fabmaster FARC layout. BoardFix handles all of these variants itself — you open the file as is, without converting it or entering a key.
How to open a .fz file in BoardFix
- Create a free account — viewing boards is free on every plan.
- Press “Open board” and pick the file. A ZIP, RAR or 7z archive works too: it is unpacked on the server.
- Search a part or a net, click a pin to light up its net, flip between the two sides of the board.
What you see
Every component with its outline and reference designator, every pin with its number and net, both sides of the board, search across parts and nets. A PDF schematic opens alongside the board.
Ask about this board
The assistant answers about the board you have open: it reads its real components, pins and nets, so it names parts that exist on this board instead of guessing. Describe the symptom and your measurements — it says what to measure next. The AI has a free starting allowance; after that it needs a paid plan.
